Materials:

  • sweet potato
  • Oil
  • Peanuts
  • Green chillies
  • came
  • Garlic cloves
  • Coriander
  • Green peas
  • Onion
  • Red chillies
  • Lemon juice

Action:

  • To make sweet potato kebabs, first of all, soak sweet potatoes in water. Then rinse the sweet potato with water.
  • Heat water in a pan and add cooked yams to it and cook till soft. After that remove the water and keep the sweet potato to cool.
  • Peel the sweet potato and mash the sweet potato with a spoon. Then add boiled mashed peas, grated paneer, chopped onion, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Keep the prepared mixture aside for some time. After mixing, make kebabs in the shape you want by hand.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs in it.
