The online application process for the UGC NET June 2026 examination has concluded. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has now opened the correction window today, which will remain active until 11:50 PM tomorrow, May 28. Candidates who made errors while filling out their application forms may rectify these details online within the specified dates.
**Fields Open for Correction**
In the NTA UGC NET form, candidates can make changes to their Date of Birth, Category, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Examination City selection, etc. Please note that corrections cannot be made to the candidate's Name, Gender, Photograph, Signature, Mobile Number, Email Address, Permanent or Correspondence Address, or Exam City.

On the website's homepage, click on the 'Correction Window' link located in the 'Latest News' section.
Log in by entering the requested details.

Once done, submit the form.
Finally, candidates should take a printout of the corrected form and keep it safe for their records.

**When Will the Exam Be Held?**
The NTA will conduct the UGC NET June session examination from June 22 to June 30, 2026. The examination will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will consist of two question papers. In Paper 1, candidates will be asked 50 questions, for which a total of 100 marks has been allotted. Additionally, Paper 2 will consist of a total of 100 questions, carrying a maximum of 200 marks. Candidates will be allotted a duration of 3 hours to attempt the question papers.
