Bihar Constable Operator Exam 2026: The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) has postponed the written examination scheduled for the recruitment of 993 'Constable (Operator)' posts within the Bihar Police Telecommunication and Technical Department. Previously, this examination was scheduled to be held on June 21, 2026. However, on the very same day, the rescheduled NEET (UG) 2026 examination is also being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Consequently, keeping the convenience and interests of the candidates in mind, the recruitment board has decided to change the date of the examination. This written examination will now be conducted in accordance with the new schedule.

**Exam to be Held on June 28**
The recruitment examination for the post of Constable (Operator) in the Bihar Police will now be held on June 28, 2026 (Sunday). The examination will be conducted in a single shift, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. All candidates are required to reach their respective examination centers between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

**Entry to Exam Hall Permitted Only via e-Admit Card**
To appear for this examination, candidates are required to carry the e-Admit Card issued by the CSBC. No candidate will be granted entry into the examination center without a valid admit card. Starting June 15, 2026, candidates can visit the Board's website—CSBC Bihar—and, by entering their registration number, registered mobile number, and date of birth, obtain information regarding their examination date and the district of their examination center.

**Admit Cards Available for Download from June 22**
Candidates will be able to download their e-Admit Cards starting June 22, 2026 (from 12:00 AM onwards), and the download facility will remain active until June 28, 2026 (up to 11:00 AM). In the event that a candidate is unable to download their admit card online, they may visit the CSBC Patna office in person on June 26, 2026—between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM—to collect a duplicate admit card. For this purpose, the candidate must appear in person and carry their application receipt along with a valid photo identity card.
