• Four kairas
• Black salt
• Cumin powder
• Fennel powder
• jaggery powder
• water

• For this first take five kairas and boil them in a pot with water. You can also roast the curry on low flame if you want.
• When the curry is well cooked and soft, remove all the ghee and separate it.
• Now add water to it and mix it well with curry powder.
• Now add black salt, cumin powder, fennel powder and jaggery powder to this water and mix all the ingredients properly.
• Now fill this prepared mixture in an ice cube mold and keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to chill.
• Once the ice cube is set, add cold water and two pieces of ice cube to a glass.
• Once these pieces dissolve in water, your instant chilled kairich panh is ready.
