Dhanrua. A 10-year-old child drowned after slipping in the Dardha river under Dhanrua police station area. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of mourning in the village and the family members are in bad condition, crying.
The deceased has been identified as Shivam Kumar (10 years), son of Sanjeet Paswan, resident of Sada village. It is being told that Shivam had gone to play on the river bank with his friends. During this time, suddenly his foot slipped and he went into deep water, due to which he died.
On receiving information about the incident, the local people took out the child, but by then it was too late. On receiving the information, Dhanrua police station took possession of the body and sent it to Patna PMCH for post-mortem.
Police station in-charge Amit Kumar said that while playing on the river bank, the child slipped into deep water, due to which he died. The child’s father had gone out of the house at the time of the incident. There is hue and cry in the entire family after the incident.
