If you have dandruff problem, use clove water. Eugenol, a bioactive compound present in cloves, helps prevent fungal infections and improves blood circulation. It helps in strengthening your hair follicles.
oil pulling
Coconut oil is best for oil pulling, which has antibacterial and antifungal properties. In the morning on an empty stomach, put 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the mouth and swish it around for 10 to 15 minutes, then spit it out and wash the mouth with warm water.
washing hair with reetha
You can use reetha instead of shampoo. It contains naturally occurring saponins, which when combined with water form a lather and help keep your hair soft.
drinking enough water
Due to lack of water the skin starts looking dry and lifeless. It is essential to drink enough water to keep the body hydrated. Every person should drink 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day.
