Fadnavis sarcastically mentioned the famous TV show ‘Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne’. He said, ‘There used to be a very popular TV serial, whose name was ‘Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne’. Rahul Gandhi’s words are exactly like that. Nothing more than that. This statement of Fadnavis made it clear how seriously the BJP is taking Rahul Gandhi’s claims or rather, it is not taking them.

Maharashtra is fast emerging as a big logistics hub

Actually, this sharp comment was made by Devendra Fadnavis during the inauguration program of a new warehouse logistics park in Nagpur. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was also present on this occasion. Amidst political rhetoric, Fadnavis also highlighted the importance of this park. He said that this logistics park will prove to be very beneficial for the manufacturing sector of Nagpur and surrounding areas. The Chief Minister stressed that due to the new logistics policy of the Maharashtra Government, Nagpur is fast emerging as a major logistics hub of the country, which is an auspicious sign for the development of the state.

It is extremely important to reduce logistics costs: CM Fadnavis

CM Fadnavis also emphasized that the construction of the new logistics park will significantly reduce the cost of transportation of goods, which will directly benefit the industries. He said, ‘If India has to become a strong competitor at the global level and further strengthen its position in the international supply chain, then it is extremely important to reduce logistics costs.’ The government is continuously working in this direction so that industries get better facilities and doing business becomes easier.
