It is being told that the young man was a minor at the time of marriage. Apart from this, he was illiterate and earned his living by working as a daily wage labourer. The girl was not happy with this marriage. Both lived together for about a year and after that the wife suddenly disappeared from home. The surprising thing was that at the same time the young man’s father also left the house.

For years the young man kept wandering from door to door in search of his wife and father in the hope that they might be in some trouble. But the truth was cooking something else.

Had left the village due to fear of defamation

According to the local people, at that time various kinds of things started happening in the village also. Due to fear of this defamation and social taunts, father-in-law and daughter-in-law left their village and went to Chandausi and started a new life. There both of them had a formal court marriage and started living like husband and wife. Over the years, both of them have had a two-year old son. When, after many years of hard work, the ex-husband came to know that his father and wife were living together in Chandausi, he immediately lodged a complaint with the Bisauli police.
