A big update has come out for CUET UG (CUET UG 2026) candidates. National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to postpone the examination of both the shifts to be held on May 28. NTA has given this information through a notice on May 24. This step has been taken keeping in mind the Bakrid holiday.
The new date has not been announced yet. The agency will soon release a revised schedule for the affected students. Official website regularly for updates It is advisable to keep visiting. If needed, one can use the helpdesk constituted by NTA “011-40759000 or cuet-ug@nta.ac.in”.
The Common University Entrance Test for undergraduate courses has started from May 11. NTA is conducting the exam in different shifts in different cities across the country. On the basis of the score obtained in this, students will be admitted in various participating institutions across the country including Central University. This year more than 15 lakh 68 thousand students have registered.
Download admit card like this
- First of all go to the official website of CUET UG.
- Go to the Candidate Activity section and click on the link of CUET UG 2026 Admit Card.
- The login page will open on the screen. Enter application number and password.
- Admit card will appear. Check it carefully.
- Then download the admit card. Candidates can take a print out of the admit card and keep it with them for future.
CUET UG Exam Pattern
There are total 37 subjects included in CUET UG exam. Which includes 13 languages, 23 domain specific subjects and a general aptitude test. Candidates are allowed to appear in five subjects. Which includes language and general aptitude test paper. The number of questions in each test paper will be 50. All questions will be compulsory. The duration of each test paper is 60 minutes. Each correct answer will get five marks. 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answer.
