The biggest news of this time is coming out from the politics of Tamil Nadu. The ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is furious over Congress’s alliance with Thalapathy Vijay-led party TVK. There was a lot of uproar at a high-profile meeting of the DMK Youth Wing held at ‘Anna Institute of Arts and Science’ in Chennai on Saturday. In this meeting, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son and Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has made the strongest attack on Congress so far. The matter was not limited to just statements, but slogans of ‘elimination’ of Congress were even raised during the meeting.

“Not Modi-Shah, the real reason for BJP’s victory is Congress!”

Udayanidhi Stalin roared from the stage and directly targeted the Congress and made a claim which has created a stir in the country’s politics. Udhayanidhi said, “Earlier I used to think that the reason behind BJP’s continuous victories in the country is the strategy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. But now I have understood the reality. The real reason for BJP’s victory is none other than Congress itself.”

Udhayanidhi did not stop here, he told his party workers in a very harsh tone that Congress is a party which should never be trusted at any time. He even advised that DMK should not even come close to Congress.

Udhayanidhi raised three piercing questions, accused of cheating

During his speech, Udhayanidhi Stalin appeared very aggressive and put Congress in the dock mainly on three issues:

• Only betrayal was found in the alliance: Making serious allegations, Udhayanidhi said that Congress took full advantage of the grassroots support and hard work of DMK workers and MLAs for years. But when it came to power, he left the DMK-led alliance for his own benefit.
• Responsible for taking BJP forward: Taking a sharp taunt, he said that the Congress Party is organizationally so incompetent and weak that because of that, the Bharatiya Janata Party gets an open opportunity to spread its foothold in the entire country and win the elections.
• Showed its back on Sanatan controversy: Raising the question of ideology, Udhayanidhi reminded that when his party was the target of the opposition in the entire country due to the statements made regarding Sanatan Dharma, then despite being allies, senior Congress leaders kept complete silence on this and did not support DMK.

Will DMK join NDA now?

The sourness between these two parties, which were strong partners for a long time from the Center to the power in Tamil Nadu, has now reached its peak. Now there is a strong rumor in the political circles that DMK may join the BJP led NDA alliance in the coming time. Udhayanidhi has warned in clear words that the public will very soon teach Congress a harsh lesson for its betrayal.

Congress’s counterattack: ‘DMK wanted to stop Vijay from becoming CM, the plan failed’

Even Congress did not remain silent on this sharp attack by Udhayanidhi. Veteran Congress MP Manikam Tagore has given a very strong reaction on this. Exposing the internal strife of DMK, he claimed that when the election results were just coming in, DMK and ADMK had started talking to each other secretly behind the scenes.

Manikam Tagore challenged and said, “Today the youth wing of DMK is passing resolutions specifically targeting the Congress Party and Rahul Gandhi. This is happening because their original plan has completely failed.” Tagore revealed that DMK’s real agenda was to stop Thalapathy Vijay from becoming the Chief Minister, and BJP also wanted the same thing. But when this could not happen, now DMK is venting out its defeat on Congress. Tagore bluntly said that no matter how many attacks you make on Congress, the truth is not going to change and the public is watching everything live.
