As per the instructions of the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, preliminary activities to Census 2027 are being conducted on a large scale in Ambedkar Nagar district. Census work is to be done in total 4429 enumeration blocks determined in the district.
Chief Census Officer/District Magistrate Isha Priya made a special request to the citizens that they should share their Self-enumeration ID (SE ID) with the enumerators to complete their House Listing (HLO) work, so that the enumeration work can be done more simply, accurately and systematically. Appealing to the people of the district, he said that census is not just a collection of data but is the basic process of nation building. On the basis of data obtained from census, outlines of education, health, housing, drinking water, roads, social security and other public welfare schemes are prepared. He said that all the information provided by the citizens during the census is kept completely confidential and is used only for statistical and government planning purposes. Therefore, the general public should provide correct and complete information to the enumerators without any hesitation.
He said that participation of every citizen is very important to realize the resolution of “Participation of all of us, the foundation stone of developed India”. Only accurate and reliable data plays an important role in effective implementation of schemes and building a developed India.
Giving the above information, District Census Officer/Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Jyotsna Bandhu has appealed to all the citizens to provide active cooperation in the work of Census 2027 and participate in making it successful by providing necessary information to the enumerators.
