On the other hand, the color of Assam tea liquor is relatively dark. If you want to make milk tea or masala tea, Assam tea is preferred first. Apart from these two, Nilgiri tea and Kangra valley tea of South India deserve special mention. Mention may also be made of Kashmiri kava, though it is green tea. The method of consumption is also slightly different from that of ordinary tea.

Today there are tea shops in every corner of West Bengal. Whether it’s a glitzy cafe or a small hideaway at Ekkebar, tea shops are sure to attract crowds throughout the year. Tea has become a part of social and cultural life in India. From college-offices to railway stations, there will be tea shops.
