Another achievement has been added to the kitty of director Pandiraj, who has given many successful films to the South Indian film industry. He has created a new record by completing the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Parimala and Company’ in just 45 days.

Actress Urvashi was seen openly praising this achievement. At the pre-release event of the film, Urvashi told that Malayalam films are made in less time, but Pandiraj completed the Tamil film in even less time.

In an exclusive conversation with IANS, Pandiraj said, “We completed the shooting of this film in just 45 days. If we look at it technically and consider the double call sheet as two days, then it was 60 days of work. However, he gave full credit to his team and actors for this achievement and for making the film so fast.

The director further said that all the actors of his film are ‘one take artists’. That means they give perfect performance in the very first take, which saves a lot of time. Because of this this big work was possible.

The thriller-comedy ‘Parimala & Company’ is Pandiraj’s 12th film, starring Jayaram and Urvashi in the lead roles. The story of the film revolves around a family. In this, the different and unique nature of each member of the family as well as their difficulties have been presented on screen in an interesting manner.

The story starts from Chennai and moves to Coimbatore and Palacode. Apart from Urvashi and Jayaram, Santosh Shobhan, Sanchana Krishnamurthy, Sandy and Anantika Sanalkumar will be seen in important roles in the film.

Comedian Yogi Babu will also be seen tickling with a special style in the film. Apart from this, comedians like Singam Puli and Bux will also be seen in important roles.

The film is jointly produced by Lyca Productions, Tamilakumaran Productions and Pandiraj’s own company ‘Pasanga Productions’.
