Kolkata. Kolkata Knight Riders wicketkeeper batsman Angkrish Raghuvanshi has been ruled out of the remaining matches of IPL 2026 due to injury. Angkrish Raghuvanshi suffered a concussion and a fracture on his left hand during the team’s win at home against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday, the franchise said in a statement issued on Friday. Due to which he is out of the remaining matches of IPL.
Raghuvanshi, who kept wicket in the match against Mumbai Indians, collided with teammate Varun Chakravarthy while trying to take a catch to dismiss Tilak Verma in the 11th over of Mumbai’s innings. And Chakraborty could not catch the catch.
Soon after Tilak’s dismissal in the 14th over, Raghuvanshi walked off the field and Tejashwi Dahiya came in as the substitute wicketkeeper. The 21-year-old Raghuvanshi is KKR’s leading run-scorer so far in IPL 2026, with 422 runs at an average of 42.2 and a strike-rate of 146.52, including five half-centuries.
