Changed ergonomics to create havoc on the track
The new Triumph Street Triple 765 RX has been made completely track-focused compared to its standard RS model. The biggest and most eye-catching change in this superbike is in its handling setup. The company has given clip-on handlebars instead of regular single-piece handlebar. This change gives the rider a more sporty and aggressive riding position, which mainly helps in maintaining stability during cornering and high speed on the race track.
Talking about the look, this bike comes with a very special matte aluminum silver paint scheme, which is decorated with dark Diablo Red colored rear sub-frame and alloy wheels. Additionally, it gets exclusive ‘RX’ branding and laser-etching on its silencer and customized seat unit, making it completely different from the rest of the regular models.
Equipped with powerful engine and premium hardware
Talking about the mechanical front, this bike offers the same old reliability and race-tuned performance. The bike has a 765cc liquid-cooled, inline 3-cylinder engine. This powerful engine generates maximum power of 130 bhp at 12,000 RPM and peak torque of 80 Nm at 9,500 RPM. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and bi-directional quickshifter, which makes gear shifting extremely smooth without pressing the clutch.
The company has left no stone unturned in terms of hardware. Its front has fully adjustable 41mm Öhlins NIX30 USD forks, while the rear has Olins’ STX40 monoshock suspension setup. To ensure impeccable braking, Brembo Stylema 4-piston callipers are fitted at the front with 310mm twin floating discs. The bike has track-oriented Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V3 tires for strong grip on the road.
