Case registered against SP MP Iqra Hasan, know in which case action was taken

Saharanpur. A case has been registered against Samajwadi Party national president Iqra Hasan in Saharanpur. FIR has been registered against 6 named and 25 unidentified people along with Iqra Hasan. The SP MP has been accused of blocking the road outside the DIG office. Besides, there has also been an allegation of obstructing government work. Civil Line outpost in-charge filed a complaint against Iqra Hasan in Sadar Bazar police station, after which a case has been registered against her.

Along with SP MP Iqra Hasan, the names of Mangeram Kashyap, Sheeshpal, Satyapal, Anuj, Tejpal Singh and Ajay, who were ministers in UP, are there. In fact, the SP MP had reached the DIG office with her supporters regarding a dispute that took place recently, after which she sat on a dharna alleging that the hearing was not conducted. During this time, he also had a heated argument with the policemen, the video of which went viral on social media.

Let us tell you that this case is to the murder case of Monu Kashyap, resident of Dashale village of Shamli district. After this murder, the victim’s family was demanding action. It is alleged that after the complaint of the victim’s family, the authorities did not take their complaints seriously, after which SP MP Iqra Hasan along with the victim’s family reached the DIG office along with her supporters.

The SP MP accused the DIG office of not listening to the victim’s side. During this time, women policemen took him to the police station, where he alleges that he was kept in custody. At the same time, the police also took action for breach of peace against five people including former Minister of State Mangeram Kashyap.

Angered by this action, Iqra Hasan reached Sadar Bazar police station and sat on a dharna with her supporters. The protest started around 4 pm and continued till late night. During this time, a huge crowd gathered outside the police station and a heated argument between the MP and the police-administration was also seen. The angry MP told the police officers that if demanding justice is a crime then they should also be sent to jail. He also said that instead of listening to the voices of the victims, efforts are being made to suppress them.
