A solid partnership from Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen has stabilised Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings in the IPL 2026 game played against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Hyderabad.
The duo stabilised the innings after the dismissal of SRH openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma on Friday’s clash.
After choosing to bat first, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma opened the innings while Bhuvneshwar Kumar opened the bowling attack.
The duo made a decent start, scoring 45 runs for the 1st wicket. Rasikh Salam bagged the wicket of Travis Head for 26 runs on a brilliant yorker.
With Ishan Kishan and Abhishek Sharma at the crease, Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 63 runs in the power play. He smashed a 20-ball fifty and scored 56 runs before being dismissed by Suyash Sharma. He got dismissed on a googly, but missed the timing, and Jordan Cox bagged the catch.
Heinrich Klaasen came to bat at No.4 joined Ishan Kishan as the side aiming to post a massive total on Friday’s clash.
Ishan Kishan smashed his fifty off 31 deliveries as the side crossed the 200-run mark in the 16th over. Heinrich Klaasen smashed his fifty of 23 deliveries.
