High Court’s big order in Tvisha Sharma case: Delhi AIIMS team will do post-mortem again, notice to government on mother-in-law’s bail

Jabalpur. Jabalpur High Court has given a big verdict in the case of suspicious death of Bhopal model and actress Tvisha Sharma. The court has given instructions to conduct re-postmortem of Tvisha’s body. This post-mortem will be done by the expert team of Delhi AIIMS in Bhopal. The High Court clearly said that the post-mortem should be done keeping in mind the dignity and respect of the deceased.

After the report comes, it will be decided to whom the body will be handed over.
The court said that only after the new post-mortem report comes, a decision will be taken as to to whom Twisha’s body will be handed over. Earlier, Tvisha’s family had raised questions on the post-mortem conducted at Bhopal AIIMS and expressed disagreement with the report.

The Sessions Court had rejected the petition-
After the death of Tvisha Sharma, resident of Katara Hills police station area, post mortem was conducted at AIIMS, Bhopal on 13 May. Expressing no confidence in the report, the family members had demanded a second post-mortem, but the Bhopal District and Sessions Court had rejected their petition. After this the family reached the High Court.

Hearing on the bail of mother-in-law Giribala Singh also-
Tvisha’s family had filed a second petition in the High Court to cancel the bail of her mother-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh. In this case, the court has issued notice to the state government and fixed the next hearing for May 25.

Husband Samarth Singh is preparing to surrender-
The anticipatory bail plea of ​​Tvisha’s absconding husband Samarth Singh was not presented in the High Court on Friday. His lawyer Mrigendra Singh said that Samarth Singh will surrender in the sessions court of Bhopal and the bail application will be filed from there.
