Hong Kong singer and actress Charlene Choi has denied online rumors that she has separated from her husband, fitness coach Elvis Lam, just weeks after the couple announced their marriage.
Unverified rumors circulating on Weibo on May 18 claimed that Choi, 43, had deleted her wedding announcement and moved out of the home she shared with Lam, The Standard reported.
Other rumors alleged that the couple had ended their relationship amicably some time earlier.

The posts quickly gained traction on social media though many users questioned their credibility.
In response, Choi’s manager told local outlet Sing Tao Daily on Tuesday that she and her husband remain “very much in love” and are currently on their honeymoon.
She also rejected claims that her Twins bandmate Gillian Chung had missed her wedding. “It’s all fake. Gillian attended the wedding,” she said.
Lam also posted photos of the couple’s honeymoon in South Korea to his Instagram on the same day.
The couple announced their marriage earlier on April 28 and held a private wedding in Thailand.
Choi began her career as a model in Hong Kong before joining Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG), where she and Chung formed the Cantopop duo Twins. She was married to Hong Kong actor Ronald Cheng from 2006 until their divorce in 2010.
Her husband Lam works as a fitness trainer for celebrities at a gym in Central, Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
