1. Consumption of Triphala
In Ayurveda, Triphala is considered very beneficial for the digestive system. Taking Triphala powder with lukewarm water before sleeping at night helps in deep cleansing of the intestines and provides relief from chronic constipation.
2. psyllium husk
Isabgol is considered to be an excellent source of natural fiber, which helps in cleaning the intestines. Taking 1-2 spoons of Isabgol mixed in a glass of lukewarm water or milk before sleeping at night helps in swelling the stomach and expelling the accumulated dirt.
