RRB Section Controller CBAT Exam 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the revised date for the CBAT examination scheduled for the Section Controller posts in 2026. According to the official notice issued by the Board, this examination will now be conducted on June 6, 2026. Previously, the exam was scheduled for May 24, 2026, but it was postponed via a notice issued on May 13. The new date has now been officially declared.

This recruitment drive is being conducted under CEN No. 04/2025 for Level-6 Section Controller posts. The Railway Recruitment Board has stated that the links to download the exam city details, exam date information, and travel authority passes for SC/ST candidates will be activated 10 days before the examination. These links will be available on the official websites of all RRBs.

**When will the Admit Card and City Slip be released?**
Furthermore, candidates' e-call letters—i.e., admit cards—will be available for download four days before the examination date. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official websites of their respective RRBs to ensure they receive immediate updates regarding any new information.

The Railway Recruitment Board has also clarified that all terms and conditions outlined in the previously issued recruitment notification shall remain applicable as before. No other changes have been made to the examination process.

The notice also includes a warning advising candidates to be wary of fraudulent agents and middlemen. The Board has emphasized that the railway recruitment process is entirely computerized and transparent, and that selection will be based solely on merit.
