Mouni Roy is another Indian celebrity flaunting her looks at the Cannes Red Carpet. Amid news of her divorce from Suraj Nambiar, the star is focusing on her red carpet looks at one of the year's most prestigious film festivals.
Mouni Roy flaunts brand new Cannes look
The famed actress, best known for her work in ‘Gold’, ‘Salakaar’, and ‘Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva’, recently debuted a brand new look for her attendance at the Cannes Film Festival. Over the past few days, the actress has been active on social media, sharing life updates and what she has been up to.
After announcing her divorce from Nambiar, this is one of Mouni Roy’s first-ever public appearances after she announced that she and Nambiar are parting ways. She shared her look on social media along with the caption, “en route to the Croisette 🎬 #Cannes2026 @carolinescouture @chopard.” The post also featured Affirmation Club’s most famous song, ‘I Don’t Chase, I Attract,’ playing in the background. Featuring a sleek bun and heavy makeup, the actress wore a beautiful off-shoulder gown with a netted crystal pattern.

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar’s divorce announment
Only a while after rumours of their separation began, the famed actress and the businessman shared a collective statement announcing they are officially parting ways. Suraj also posted that rumors about disputes and drama are baseless.
His post read, “Recent baseless reports surrounding our separation have been made in bad taste and are absolutely malicious. Let me set the record straight once and for all. There is no alimony. There are no disputes. There is no third party involved. Mouni and I chose to part ways together, with mutual respect and with full consideration for each other's wellbeing. That is the truth. Everything else being reported is fiction, and in some cases, a deliberate attempt to vilify two people who have done nothing but ask to be left alone.”
