Buttermilk and Lassi: To keep the stomach cool and improve digestion, consume buttermilk or lassi at least once a day.
Aam Panna: Aam Panna made from raw mango provides protection from the ill effects of heatstroke. This is the reason why mangoes are abundantly available in summer.
Lemon water and coconut water: Both these drinks provide freshness to the body and fulfill the deficiency of essential minerals.
Tamarind Water: Tamarind water is helpful in reducing the effects of heat stroke and helps in controlling body temperature.
