CBFC slammed for censoring 'Dhurandhar'
This update comes at a time when the CBFC and filmmakers were facing flak for reportedly censoring the film in India, but allowing an 'uncut' and 'un-censored' version to play out in foreign countries. One tweeted, "A movie made for Indians, but only Indians get the censored version — while the rest of the world watches it Raw & Undekha. Truly protecting us from our own cinema."
'Dhurandhar' starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, premiered on Netflix on January 30, 2026 after scoring a record-breaking Rs 1,300 crore haul at the box office.
