Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty has decided to stay away from social media for some time. On Tuesday, she shared an emotional post on Instagram saying that she felt lost. Rhea said in her post that the constant chaos, endless scrolling and the stress of keeping up to date with everything on social media is starting to take its toll on her. She also mentioned that in this rush, the peace, simplicity and joy of living without capturing any moment on camera seems to have been lost. So she decided to stay away from social media for some time to give herself time.
She further wrote that now she wants to live her life a little more relaxed, breathe freely and reconnect with the things that really matter. “It feels more important to live life’s moments wholeheartedly than to post them now,” she added in the post. Also, she also gave a message to the fans that we will meet again soon. Following Riya’s post, fans expressed their concern and support for Riya in the comments section. Many supported her decision saying such a break was necessary for her mental health, while others advised her to take care of herself.

She was then investigated by the Narcotics Control Bureau in a drug case and was arrested in September 2020. Although she later got bail, her life and career took a big turn after that incident.
