Bradley Walsh leaves son Barney red-faced on Friday's episode of Breaking Dad.

Bradley, 65, and Barney, 28, are back on the road once more as they venture down under for a spectacular Australian adventure in the seventh series of their much-loved ITV show.

Thus far in the series, Bradley and Barney have been discovering the vast wilderness and coastal excitement of Australia and, as ever, Bradley is nowhere near getting the peace and quiet he so desperately longs for.

Barney has put together a packed itinerary bursting with adrenaline-charged challenges designed to test his father to his limits across the Australian outback and beyond.

Yet it seems the tables are turned in Friday's episode as Bradley leaves son Barney thoroughly embarrassed over a monumental driving mishap.

In an exclusive clip ahead of Friday's episode, Bradley steers their RV onto a horse race track in the midst of a harness horse race, with competitors forced to overtake the vehicle, leaving Barney utterly mortified.

In the side-splitting preview clip, Barney begins to panic upon realising his dad has driven onto the race track, exclaiming: "Where are you going?"

To which Bradley sarcastically replies: "What do you mean where am I going? What's it look like I'm going?" with Barney pointing out: "I don't think we're supposed to be on this bit. I think we're on the racetrack right now." A bewildered Bradley responds: "Eh? Well it said all vehicles this way" to which Barney remarks: "You've driven onto the track in an RV."

Hitting back once more, Bradley says: "You keep telling me that I'm not an idiot. I know where we are!" to which Barney snaps: "I think you might be an idiot. We've got horses behind us!"

As the horses draw closer to the vehicle and begin to overtake it, a race commentator exclaims: "Is that, is that an RV on the course? I've never seen this before in my life!"

Taking it all in good humour, Bradley quips in his own commentary: "And they're coming up on the outside" to which a horrified Barney replies: "No, are you joking? Oh this is so embarrassing!"

Bradley continues: "Look at that. Beautiful horses. You know who would love this? Your granddad would love this."

The Chase host then mimics whipping the RV, declaring: "Don't worry about that. I'll catch them in this mate. Come on Bradders!"

It follows as a synopsis for this Friday teases: "The boys have arrived in Brisbane and have swapped the RV for electric scooters as they explore the city. The pair head to the local racetrack, where they go head-to-head in a sport known to the locals as 'the trots'.

"They end the day with a group of people who gather every week to immerse themselves in medieval, fantasy roleplay. The next day Bradley and Barney hit the road and head to the city of Rockhampton, where they meet a man who went viral thanks to a very unexpected talent.

"Barney then has an adrenaline fuelled treat in store for his dad as he's arranged for him to get behind the wheel of something slightly bigger than the RV..."
