Lucknow. The current lifestyle and excessive use of technology has pushed the youth into a trap which is rapidly ruining their mental health. In today’s time, the unlimited habit of watching reels and shorts on social media and increasing loneliness beyond society and deepening depression are emerging as a silent epidemic among the youth.
