Aldi has confirmed a major new update to its middle aisle with the return of its Festival Range landing in stores from May 31. Designed to help shoppers get festival-ready for less, the latest Specialbuys line-up promises everything from tents and sleeping bags to portable tech and camping accessories starting from £2.99. As festival season gets underway, Aldi is once again targeting budget-conscious music lovers looking to avoid "tent-fold" prices on outdoor essentials.

Aldi, however, has warned shoppers to move quickly, as with all Specialbuys, once items are gone, they're gone. The full range includes Aldi's new Teepee Family Tent at £39.99. The supermarket giant said the tent is easy to pitch, sleeps four people and has a waterproof outer and secure zip fastening in order to withstand the unpredictable British weather.

Aldi has also highlighted the Light Sleeping Bag, going for £12.99, available in green and grey in both envelope and mummy styles. Lightweight and compact, the supermarket said it's designed to keep campers warm without taking up valuable bag space.

Lighting up the campsite is the Pop-Up LED Lantern Set (£8.99), which offers three lighting modes including flame, white and blue. The range also includes the Folding Camping Table (£12.99) with two cup holders and a sturdy metal frame for outdoor dining.

In addition, Aldi will be selling a power bank for £11.99, which delivers up to eight smartphone charges and features fast charging, dual USB ports (USB-C and USB-A), and a digital battery display for easy monitoring.

For transporting gear, the Festival Trolley (£19.99) offers a four-wheeled solution for hauling essentials across muddy fields, available in grey or black.
