The Arsenal squad stand to receive substantial rewards for clinching the Premier League title. The Gunners have secured the English top-flight crown for the first time in over two decades, and Josh Kroenke has guaranteed the players will be handsomely compensated for their achievements. According to The Times, a bonus structure exists for winning the English top-flight that awards each member of the Arsenal squad approximately £6,000 per appearance.
The report suggests that players are also expected to receive money through a share of a bonus pool worth millions, accumulated throughout the campaign, determined by progress in cup competitions. This will be divided among all players according to appearances at the conclusion of the season. At present, it remains uncertain precisely how much the Gunners have accumulated to distribute, but certain members of the squad could pocket nearly a quarter of a million pounds in bonuses for their contributions in the Premier League.
David Raya and Martin Zubimendi appear set to be the highest earners; they could collect £228,000 in appearance bonuses should they feature in any capacity on Sunday afternoon, when Arsenal take on Crystal Palace on the final day of the season. They have each participated in every Premier League match this term, maximising their earnings.
Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba have each appeared 31 times so far, meaning they could each pocket around £192,000 if they participate this weekend. Meanwhile, Kepa Arrizabalaga hasn't played at all in the Premier League this term.
So, unless the former Chelsea goalkeeper features against the Eagles this weekend, he'll receive no appearance bonus as a result of Arsenal winning the English top-flight. If he does take part, however, Kepa will be awarded £6,000, the smallest sum of any senior player in Arteta's squad.
According to The Times, the Arsenal players will also receive bonuses for winning the Champions League. Later this month, the Gunners will face Paris Saint-Germain at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, and Kroenke could be charged millions.
The report claims that the tournament prize money, accumulated from qualifying and advancing to the latter stages, will go towards paying the 'many millions of pounds in bonuses' to the squad. It's said that each Arsenal player will earn approximately £125,000 if they play in the final and win.

The Times reckons some of the Gunners squad have already banked roughly £25,000 for each leg of the semi-final against Atletico Madrid. It adds that those who started at least 60 per cent of Premier League matches last season will also have earned between £750,000 and £1million simply for qualifying for Europe's elite competition.
Addressing journalists after Monday evening's victory over Burnley at the Emirates Stadium, Mikel Arteta discussed the title race. The Spaniard stated: "We've done what is in our hands.
"Since the Man City away game, we said it is five games. We've done four, there is one to go, or something beautiful that happens tomorrow night."
He continued: "It's incredible to witness what we have created in this stadium. Obviously, I have memories from the past, and the comparison is unbelievable to watch. I'm so proud of that.
"Today, they have created something so special outside the stadium, in the stadium. Now we have set the standards that we are responsible for maintaining because we can provide that, and we know the outcome."
