New Car: Japanese carmaker Honda is preparing to strengthen its premium SUV range in the Indian market. The company is going to launch the new Honda ZRV soon. A stylish glimpse of the SUV has been seen in the first teaser released on social media before the launch. It is believed that this new SUV will hit the Indian market with advanced hybrid technology, strong performance and premium features.

What was special in the teaser?
The teaser video released by Honda shows a glimpse of the front design of the SUV. It has attractive LED headlights and premium front profile. The company has given the tagline with the teaser – “What happens when thrilling performance meets advanced hybrid technology.” This clearly indicates that Honda ZRV will be introduced with strong hybrid technology.

Official launch will be on 22nd May
The company will launch this new SUV in the Indian market on May 22. The facelifted Honda City will also be introduced on the same day. In the launch event, the company will share complete information to its price, features and powertrain.

Expected price and features
According to media reports, Honda ZRV can be launched in India at a starting price of around Rs 50 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV is expected to have features like premium interior, advanced safety features, large touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and ADAS technology.

Will compete with these SUVs
In the Indian market, Honda ZRV will compete with many powerful vehicles in the premium SUV segment. This will include SUVs like Skoda Kodiaq, Volkswagen Tiguan and MG Majestor. Honda wants to establish its strong presence in the premium hybrid SUV segment through this SUV.
