Eggless Omelette Recipe
You must have tasted omelette many times, but have you ever tried making omelette without eggs? Today we will tell you its easy recipe.
For this recipe you need: 1 cup gram flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, water as required, oil or butter, onion, green coriander and green chillies.
Method: First of all, put 1 cup gram flour in a bowl. Then add 1 teaspoon baking powder and half cup flour to it. Add salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well. Now prepare a thin solution by adding water little by little. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thick, otherwise it will become like cheela.
Now add finely chopped onions, coriander and chillies to this solution. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil or butter. Spread the oil well in the pan. Then add one tablespoon of batter and spread it in the pan. Keep the gas flame medium. After one side is cooked, turn the omelette and cook the other side also. When the omelette is cooked well, turn off the gas.
This eggless omelette will be so delicious that you will find it difficult to figure out whether it has eggs or not.
