Lucknow. There is good news for the girls who are looking for jobs after getting technical education in UP. A special campus drive will be organized on May 21 at the Government ITI Campus, Aliganj in the capital Lucknow. In this, recruitment will be done on 200 posts by the country’s famous automobile company Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The selected girls will get a salary of around Rs 41,713 per month along with other facilities.

ITI Placement Officer MA Khan said that this campus drive is being organized for ITI pass women candidates of Uttar Pradesh. Selected candidates will be appointed as fixed term employees at Maruti Suzuki Plant in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Food, uniform and other facilities will also be provided by the company at concessional rates. To participate in the recruitment process, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 26 years. Also, it is mandatory to have at least 40 percent marks in high school and passing ITI from a recognized institute.

Girls from diesel mechanic, mechanic motor vehicle, mechanic tractor, painter, technician automotive manufacturing, welder, tool and die maker, turner, machinist, mechanic auto body repair and painting and sheet metal worker trades will be able to participate in the campus drive. This is being considered an important opportunity for the girls of the state including the capital to get employment and start a career in a big industrial institute.
