Expert’s warning regarding deaths due to heart attack, said- India will be on top by 2030

New Delhi. Famous cardiologist has warned about deaths due to heart attack. Cardiologist Dr CN Manjunath has warned that by 2030, India will be number one in the world in terms of deaths due to heart attack. He also said that heart problems are increasing among young and middle aged people, this is very worrying.

Dr CN Manjunath is the Director of Jaydev Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research. He said that to combat this threat there is a need to manage stress, develop healthy lifestyle habits and develop a holistic integrated approach.

    When can a heart attack occur?
    When blood does not flow smoothly in the veins of the body and the blood starts clotting. Due to this, blood is not able to reach the heart and the heart also stops getting oxygen. In this situation heart attack occurs. Heart attack can be fatal for a person. But the patient can be saved by getting immediate treatment.

    Air pollution is also a reason
    Air pollution is a very serious problem in India. The air quality of many cities of the country has reached dangerous levels. A report published in the American Heart Association’s journal Circulation states that a person can suffer a heart attack within an hour after being exposed to air pollution. It has also been said in the report that the biggest reason for air pollution is dust arising from vehicles running on the roads, electrical equipment and construction sites. According to research, 42 lakh people have died worldwide due to air pollution.
