Speaking on the occasion, Bajaj Auto Chairman, Neeraj Bajaj said, “On behalf of our family, we thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his wishes. The story of Bajaj and India has never been different. India’s journey to self-reliance has not started recently, it started a hundred years ago. When visionary Indians believed that India should build for itself and stand on its own feet. Our founder Jamnalalji was one of those pioneers. ‘Public rather than personal gain’ His philosophy of “interest first” has shaped the decisions of many generations of us.”
Bajaj Auto Managing Director Rajeev Bajaj expressed his views on ‘Globalisation’. He said, “What we say and what we do should always be the same. Perhaps that is why Bajaj’s journey has become a story of faith and not just a story of development. Today, Bajaj Auto is one of the top three two-wheeler companies not only in India, but in the world. Our vehicles are sold in more than 100 countries in Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia. Today’s India is not only participating in the global economy, it is also competing.”
Nirav Bajaj, CEO of Bajaj Integrated Health System expressed his views on ‘Inclusive Development’. He said, “Jamanalalji believed that business is not separate from society. The purpose of business should be to benefit the poor. The initiative ‘Bajaj Beyond’ is the next expression of our 100-year-old philosophy. We aim to impact 2 crore young Indians in the next 5 years.”

He said, “My father Rahul Bajaj always said, I strongly believe in the ‘Idea of India’ and the young generation here. The next chapter of India’s progress will be written through technology and innovative research. At Bajaj, we see AI not just as a technology, but as a powerful force for financial inclusion.”
Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director, Bajaj Electricals said, “Jamanalalji’s work extended to social equality, women and children’s education, rural upliftment and spread of Khadi. Should success be measured only in numbers or in how many lives we touched and what values we upheld? The answer to this question will define our organization in the next 100 years.”
