Ingredients to make Mango Masala Mojito

  • 2 fresh raw mangoes
  • half cup water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Three-fourth teaspoon chaat masala
  • half teaspoon black salt
  • cold soda

Mango Masala Mojito Recipe

If you are thinking of making Mango Masala Mojito at home in summer, then to make it, first wash and peel the raw mangoes and cut them into thin slices so that they cook quickly. Now heat half a cup of water in a pan and cook the chopped mangoes in it until they become soft. Cook the mango until it becomes completely soft and the water almost dries up. When the mangoes are cooked, let it cool completely and then put the cooked mangoes in a grinder jar. Add sugar and mint leaves in it also. Grind these three things well. It should become a perfect paste. Now put two tablespoons of mango paste in a glass and then add roasted crushed cumin seeds in it. Add some red chilli, chaat masala and black salt to it. Take chilled soda water, age it a bit and then store it so that it gets mixed completely. Now you have to top up chilled soda. In this way your Mango Masala Mojito will be ready.
