According to the RBI list, Monday, July 14 will be a holiday. This holiday is only in the state of Meghalaya. Banks will be open in all other states. Banks will remain closed due to the Denkalam festival in Meghalaya. The Denkalam festival is a traditional and religious festival celebrated by the Jayantia community of the state of Meghalaya, which means the festival of removing disease and evil.
