Though MS Dhoni retired from international cricket long back he still earns a significant amount of money through various ways.

MS Dhoni, the legendary former captain of the Indian cricket team, continues to earn significant earnings even after retiring from international cricket six years ago. Known for his leadership in India’s 2011 ODI World Cup and 2007 T20 World Cup victories, Dhoni remains an influential figure in cricket and sports.

In October 2023, the State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest public sector bank, appointed Dhoni as its brand ambassador.

MS Dhoni Earned Rs 6 Crore From SBI

Dhoni plays a pivotal role in SBI’s marketing campaigns, the bank’s values of trust, integrity, and dedication. “We are pleased to onboard MS Dhoni as Brand Ambassador of SBI. Mr. Dhoni’s association with SBI as a satisfied customer makes him a perfect embodiment of our brand’s ethos,” said SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara in a statement dated October 28, 2023.

As per reports, Dhoni earns a hefty Rs 6 crore annually for this endorsement.

Apart from his endorsement deals, Dhoni continues to feature in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as a player for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), who retained him for the 2025 season.
