Did you know Abhishek Bachchan is earning massively because of his luxurious Juhu property that he has rented to The State Bank of India (SBI)? Read to know more!
Abhishek Bachchan who is renowned for his acting chops and entrepreneurial skills, is earning income not just from his films but other ventures too. Yes you heard it right! One of his profitable ventures is leasing the ground floor of his luxurious Juhu mansion, Vasta and Ammu, along with his father Amitabh Bachchan. The property is rented out to the State Bank of India (SBI), providing Abhishek with a substantial monthly rent.
According to reports, the I Want To Talk actor has secured a lucrative lease agreement with SBI, registered on September 28, 2021, for 15 years. According to agreement, SBI pays Rs 18.90 lakh as monthly rent to Abhishek. This would be for 15 years with rental escalation after five years. The monthly rental will be Rs 23.6 lakh after five years and Rs 29.53 lakh after 10 years. Interesting, SBI has already made a transaction of Rs 2.26 crore, covering the total rent for the year.
Abhishek’s lavish property is a pricey affair due to its high-end location in central Juhu, a posh area where property rates are quite high. The bungalow itself spans around 3,150 sq. ft, but the location is what makes it a prime commercial spot.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Abhishek recently appeared in I Want to Talk. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film hit the theatres on November 22 and received mix reviews from the audience and critics alike.
Currently, the actor is gearing up for the release of HOUSEFull 5where he stars alongside Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and others. Helmed by Tarun Mansukhani and bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is set to hit the silver screens on June 6, 2025.
