The first transaction involves a duplex spanning part of the first and the entire second floor of Puja Casa, leased from Jackky Bhagnani and his elder sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh. The monthly rent for this unit is ₹11.54 lakh, with Khan paying a security deposit of ₹32.97 lakh.In the second agreement, Shah Rukh Khan has leased another duplex covering the seventh and eighth floors of the same building. This deal was signed with film producer Vashu Bhagnani, with a monthly rent of ₹12.61 lakh and a deposit of ₹36 lakh.With a total monthly outflow of ₹24.15 lakh, the annual rent for both properties amounts to nearly ₹2.9 crore. Puja Casa, located in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, offers a blend of luxury and privacy, making it an attractive choice for high-profile residents like Shah Rukh Khan.While the purpose of these rentals remains undisclosed, speculation suggests they could serve as additional residences for his family or workspace extensions for his production ventures. The actor’s primary residence remains the iconic Mannat in Bandra.
