 There is a great news for those who invest in SIP i.e. Systematic Investment Plan. It is that SBI Mutual Fund, one of India's leading asset management companies, has launched a new "JanNivesh SIP" scheme, through which investors can now start investing from as little as Rs 250 per transaction. This scheme has been designed keeping in mind those people who want to start investing with less money and are willing to save regularly.

Usually, the minimum investment amount under SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) is Rs 500, which can be as low as Rs 100 in some schemes. But, SBI Mutual Fund has made it even easier by reducing it to Rs 250. This has made it easier for first-time investors, small savers and those working in the unorganized sector.

SBI Mutual Fund Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Nand Kishore said that the objective of this initiative is to promote financial inclusion and connect new investors to the market. He said that this scheme will be made available to as many investors as possible through digital platforms, so that they can earn big profits even from small investments.

Speaking on the occasion, SBI Chairman C S Setty said, “As we enter a new era of financial inclusion, innovation and inclusion are vital. Our focus is on developing products, processes and technologies that make investing seamless and efficient.”
