Student asked Deepika: How to maintain mental peace under exam pressure?

A CBSE student asked Deepika Padukone, 'How can we maintain mental peace and balance amid the increasing pressure of exams and competition?'

Deepika replied, "Competition and comparison with others is a natural part of life. Competition itself is not bad, but you must focus on your strengths and work on your weaknesses. The key is what you can learn from your competitors. Ask yourself, 'What can I learn from them?' and 'How can I do things differently?' For me, my biggest competition is with myself. When I do something, I challenge myself to do it better next time. This is my thinking."
