Trisha Krishnan’s X Account Hacked, Actress Alerts Followers

Actress Trisha Krishnan’s official X (formerly known as Twitter) account has been hacked, prompting her to issue a warning to fans. The acclaimed star alerted her followers about the breach, cautioning them against engaging with any suspicious or malicious posts made from her account.

Trisha took to her Instagram account, Trisha penned a note which read, “My Twitter is hacked guys. Whatever is posted is not from me until rectified. Thanks (sic)."

A few hours before her warning, a post promoting suspicious cryptocurrency links appeared on her X account that raised eyebrows. “I am excited to do something like this for the first time. I created my cryptocurrency and now it’s live! I love you all (sic)," the post read. It has now been deleted.

Trisha has faced social media breaches before as back in 2017 also her X account was hacked. Following the incident, she temporarily deactivated her account before eventually making a return to the platform after quite a while.

On the professional front, Trisha Krishnan was recently seen in Vidaamuyarchi, where she starred alongside Ajith Kumar and Arjun Sarja. The film has been receiving a positive response from audiences. Vidaamuyarchi also marked the much-awaited reunion of Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, a beloved on-screen pair. The duo has previously shared screen space in films like Kireedam, Ji, Poorna Market, and more.
Vidaamuyarchi had a strong start at the box office, collecting Rs 22 crore on its opening day. The film’s Tamil version dominated with Rs 21.50 crore, while the Telugu version contributed Rs 50 lakh.
Meanwhile, Trisha made her debut with a minor supporting role in the Tamil romantic drama Jodi in 1999. She had her first lead role in the film Mounam Pesiyadhe in 2002. The actress rose to fame starring in commercially successful films Saamy (2003), Ghilli (2004) and Aaru (2005) in Tamil cinema, and Varsham (2004), Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005), Athadu (2005) and Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule (2007) in Telugu cinema.
