Allu Arjun ’s father, producer Allu Aravind , is elated as his son rises to prominence with the massive success of ' Pushpa 2: The Rule '. In a recent interview, Aravind shared his joy over his son's accomplishments, revealing how Allu Arjun is continuing their family's legacy into its third generation. He also spoke about the factors that contributed to the film's success on a national level.

During an interview with Galatta Plus, Aravind said, “It is so exciting. Him becoming a hero is one part, and him breaking all the records in India and becoming the biggest film in India is another excitement for us. We are truly blessed by all the big names in the industry. My son is here.”


According to Aravind, the success of ' Pushpa 2' is attributed to its authenticity. He emphasised that portraying the genuine emotions and essence of a specific region resonates with audiences across India. He suggests that starting with the intention to create an all-India film often leads to a lack of authenticity. The director, Sukumar , and Arjun, who are close friends, played a pivotal role in shaping Pushpa 1, particularly in creating the rugged character of Pushpa, which resonated deeply with the masses and connected with viewers across the country.

Directed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is the sequel to the 2021 hit ' Pushpa: The Rise '. The film stars Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, with Rashmika Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil playing SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. The film has earned over Rs 1,800 crore worldwide, making it the second highest-grossing Indian film ever. It is now available for streaming on OTT.
