The flat was extremely opulent, and the 4,211 square feet. It is located in the heart of Mumbai in the Bandra Kurla Complex.Sinha purchased the same flat for Rs 14 crore in March 2020; the most recent transaction shows a 61% increase in value since then. The transaction was registered in January 2025.According to reports by Inspector General of Registration (IGR), The property sold by the actress of the MJ Shah Group project is estimated to spread across 4.40 acres and feature 4 BHK apartments. As per the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment has a carpet area of 391.2 sq. m. (4,211 sq. ft.) and a built-up area of 430.32 sq. m. (4,632 sq. ft.). The flat also comes along with 3 car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.35 crore and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.The payment was completed in eight transactions between February 2024 and January 2025, totaling a gross value of Rs 76 crore were reported with IGR in 81 Aureate, according to Square Yards Project Data Intelligence.
