Last date for free Aadhaar update?
According to UIDAI, Aadhaar holders can update their card for free through the MyAadhaar portal till 12 midnight on December 14. If you update your Aadhaar card after this, then you will have to go to the Aadhaar center and pay the fee fixed by UIDAI there.
Along with this, you can find the Aadhaar enrollment center near you through GPS from the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal. If you face any problem with this, you can also find the Aadhaar enrollment center through the PIN code of the city. You can go here and submit the necessary documents.
Steps to update Aadhaar online
Go to UIDAI's official website myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.
Log in with your Aadhaar number and OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Choose the option of "Aadhaar Update".
Enter the required information to update.
Upload the documents related to the update.
Tick the checkbox "I verify that the above details are correct" and submit.
You will get a 14-digit acknowledgment number.
With this number, you can check the status of the update.
