What is UPI Credit Line?
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved UPI Credit Line. This is a new feature of UPI. UPI Credit Line is a kind of system. This system works like a credit card or a pre-approved loan. In this, users can take a loan up to a fixed limit. In this, interest will be charged only on the amount spent by the user.
Like a credit card, in this also the users will have to make payment within a certain time. In UPI credit line, the user will not have to pay any additional charges.
Let us tell you that for UPI credit line, the user will have to apply in the bank. The bank will approve the credit line only on the basis of the customer's CIBIL score. After getting approval, the user will be able to do UPI easily even if there is no money in the account.
