Earlier to change details in EPF account, employees had to fill the joint declaration form given by their employer and submit it to the EPFO ​​office. But now without any such requirement, you can change your PF account details online very easily. Especially EPF subscribers can change their 11 personal details online.

How to change EPF details online?

• First of all open the official portal of EPFO ​​epfindia.gov.in .
• Click on the Services tab appearing on the home page.
• Scroll down and select the For Employees option.
• Then click on Member UAN/Online Service option.
• Then a new page will open. Enter UAN, Password, Captcha details and login.
• Then your EPF account page will open.
• Select the Manage option that appears on the screen.
• The joint declaration option will be visible there.
• There you have to enter your member ID and enter the details you want to update.
• All required documents have to be uploaded and submitted.
• If your request is accepted, the details will be passed on to the Owner.

Employers should do this!

• After receiving the request from the EPF subscriber, the employer has to do the following.
• The employer has to register his Employer ID on the epfindia.gov.in portal.
• Click on the Members tab.
• There you have to select the Joint Declaration Change Request option.
• The employer can check his records and accept or reject the employee's request. If the employer accepts the subscriber's request, it will reach the EPFO. This way, you can easily change your EPF account details online.
