As part of the major changes, the Reserve Bank of India said that some emergency sectors related to hospitals and educational institutions are going to increase their transaction limits on the day.
 In the past, the transactions related to these were limited. But as part of these rules, the Reserve Bank of India has said that it has been increased to over 5 lakhs. Through this, hospital bills or tuition-related fees can also be paid in one day.
As part of the second change, a credit line facility is also provided through UPI. This means that through this feature, direct UPI access to credit lines allows businesses to pay as much as they want without having enough balance in the account. This feature works out very well for small businesses.
Also, as part of these special rules, the facility of withdrawing from an ATM through UPI is provided. Earlier they used to withdraw money from the accounts of some internet banks through direct ATM.. but now the Reserve Bank of India has given special permission to withdraw directly. Through this, you can withdraw Net Cash through UPI without any ATM card.
Besides, the Reserve Bank of India has also brought the cooling off period as part of these rules. Through this, a user can get up to Rs.2,000 back without any penalty through this unique feature when he sends money to others through UPA. This feature is especially helpful for new UPI users.
