Also in today's age people are doing transactions in digital form rather than using cash in hand but ground water is important for this transaction. But do you know that even without ground water you can conduct digital form i.e. UPI type transaction through mobile.

Yes you can transact without ground water. Because nowadays public is doing more daily transactions in digital form especially in UPI model than cash transactions. For example, in the first six months of the current year, 200 lakh crore UPI transactions have taken place across the country. Apart from this, every year the digital form of transaction especially UPI transaction is increasing on a year-on-year basis.

With 80 percent market share in UPI-style transactions, mobile apps like Phone Pay and Google Pay are operating in a user-friendly manner. Besides, mobile apps like Paytm, Amazon Pay and government BHIM UPI have also made their own inroads in the market. But these mobile apps don't work without ground water so how to do UPI type transaction without ground water…….

First enter *99# through the mobile number registered with your bank account.

Then, a menu will appear with all the available options. The options you will see there are: *Send Money *Request Money *Check Balance *My Profile *Pending Money Request *Transactions *UPI PIN Select the option you need there.

Now, enter the UPI ID with which you want to make the payment. Also if you link your bank account number and phone number, they can also be used.

Then, enter the amount you want to send. Once it is done tap on send button.

You will be asked to enter your UPI PIN to verify the payment. Once you type the correct PIN, the payment will happen automatically.

You can disable offline UPI services by dialing *99# from your registered phone number and following its instructions.
