Bollywood actor Govinda inadvertently shoots himself; he is taken to the hospital in Mumbai

The 90s legendary Bollywood star Govinda got engaged in an unintentional gunshot early this morning. Around 4:45 a.m., as Govinda was getting ready to go for an appointment, the event happened. The actor reportedly shot himself in the leg by mistake while using his authorized pistol. He was flown right away to Mumbai’s CritiCare Hospital, where he is presently recuperating.

Shashi Sinha, Govinda’s manager, clarified the situation after it caused a lot of anxiety. According to Sinha, the tragedy occurred as Govinda was about to leave for an appointment in Kolkata. His licensed pistol accidentally fired out of his hand as he was putting it back into its case. His leg was hit by the bullet, and although the damage was significant enough to need hospitalization, his status is currently stable. The bullet has been successfully removed by medical professionals, and Govinda should soon recover.

The incident is being investigated by Mumbai police. As part of the investigation, Govinda’s weapon has been taken. Online conversations have been sparked by the peculiar nature of the event, with fans expressing relief and anxiety upon finding that the actor is OK.

In Bollywood, Govinda is a well-liked character who is renowned for his distinct fusion of humor, action, and dancing. He was first cast as an action star in the 1980s, when his career got its start.
